Rediscover the joy of movement! Mature adults will learn movements designed to stimulate a stronger, fuller and more comfortable lifestyle using techniques from yoga, jazz, and modern dance. Standing and or seated, with or without shoes, these simple movements will improve coordination, flexibility, balance and strength while also increasing personal power and confidence. First class free to new participants.

Ages: 50 & up. Fee: $5 per class.
