NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port, Florida, will receive sealed proposals from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida at the City of North Port Finance Department, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, Florida 34286, for:

RFP NO. 2019-49

DISASTER DEBRIS MONITORING SERVICES AND FINANCIAL RECOVERY MANAGEMENT IN THE CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA

It is the intent of the City of North Port, Florida, to request proposals from experienced and qualified person or entity to provide a collection and debris site monitoring service as well as coordinate and manage all storm debris management activities and financial reimbursement from Federal, State and local agencies in accordance with 2 CFR 200 and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: 

March 11, 2019 AT 2:00 P.M.  

Proposals may be mailed, or hand delivered to Purchasing Division, City of North Port, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, Florida 34286, NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM (EST) ON March 11, 2019PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED.

Proposal documents are posted on the City FTP site at http://apps.cityofnorthport.com/ftpinfo/; however, addendums are only posted on www.demandstar.com. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems accessing the proposal package using the link, please contact Keith Raney, CPPB, CPPO Contracts Administrator II at 941-429-7103. Requests for additional information or clarification must be submitted in writing via facsimile to 941-429-7173 or emailed to purchasing@cityofnorthport.com.  Responses will be provided to all known submitters in writing through the addenda process.  No verbal requests will be honored.  The last day for questions is March 4, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.
