City Directories



The City Clerk, Helen Raimbeau,  is the election official of the City, appointed by the City Commission. She administers all oaths, which include the induction of commissioners, police officers and quasijudicial hearings. Ordinances, resolutions and all other legal documents are entrusted to the City Clerk.

A staff of seven (7) employees are responsible for the receptionist/switchboard duties, mailroom, scat bus cards, preparation of weekly commission agenda packets, board/committee appointments and meetings.

The recording of all meetings and research are also the responsibility of the Clerk's Department along with the maintenance of all city records including reference and historical records.
