Walking Club

Beginner Photography
Have you purchased a new DSLR camera and not sure how to use it? For the photo enthusiast or new user, this beginner course will explain basic camera operation, including camera and lens settings, storage, exposure, shutter speeds, aperture, and ISO image framing. Wild Side of North Port School Programs
The Wild Side of North Port School Programs are an excellent resource for school groups, scout troops, daycares and homeschool groups. Programs help students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world while interacting in a natural setting and having fun.  Each program includes a game or hands on project with a variety of activities that will lead to discoveries in nature.
To schedule a program, call the George Mullen Activity Center at (941) 240-8120 at least three weeks in advance of the date desired.
