The North Port Police Department Administrative Division has three civilian Bureau  with a combined staff of 20 employees. They are the Telecommunications Section (Dispatch), Accreditation and the Records Section.

Administrative Services also has one full-time Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) Program Officer (Crime Prevention) and another six officers assigned as School Resource Officers.
