The Facilities Maintenance Division provides centralized maintenance of public buildings and landscaping in the City.

All landscaping is performed by Facilities Maintenance personnel. Employees of this Division also perform custodial services for the City Hall complex and other City facilities, coordinate contractual services related to building and grounds maintenance, and ascertain any required Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements.
                 
Although many repairs are handled by the employees of this Division, some minor construction work and repairs are contracted to a building contractor on an annual basis, while major improvements are procured using the bid process.

This Division consists of 17 positions, including one manager, three custodians, seven landscape personnel, three building maintenance positions and three building tradesmen.
