The mission of the General Services Department is to provide excellent support services in a timely and cost-efficient manner to our internal customers – all City departments, so they may better serve our external customers – the citizens and community of North Port. The General Services Department consists of five operating divisions: Facilities Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Human Resources/Risk Management, Information & Technology and Social Services.
