Pound
This jam session is inspired by the energizing and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums for a full body workout. Combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. Second class free to new participants.

Parkinson’s Boxing Class
The Parkinson’s Boxing class will empower participants while developing their balance and lightning quick combinations. The class is based on two basic principles: footwork and combinations, but includes everything from jumping rope and punching bags to tossing medicine balls. No class 12/8.

Youth Boxing Class
The class teaches the fundamentals of boxing along with the work ethic and discipline of the sport. Participants will gain improvement in both physical and mental strength. No class 12/25 or 1/1.
Age: 8th - 12th grade

Fit-Teen University
A training class for teens covering the fundamentals of exercise along with exercise safety, fitness center rules, etiquette, and equipment use. Upon successful completion, teens age 13-15 will receive fitness membership privileges without the parental supervision requirement. Membership fee applies.

Jazzercise
Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing.

Fee: $15 per class or $45 monthly

Yogatology
Joyful, gentle movements using techniques from Yoga, Tai Chi, and ballet to improve flexibility, balance and coordination, particularly of the body’s core. Standing and seated, (no floor work) participants are encouraged to bring to class their daily intention, imagination, and sense of humor. Positivity is inspiring. First class free to new participants.

A fun energizing workout that’s great for your body and mind! First class free to new participants.

Line Dancing
Line Dancing is an easy way to have fun while you exercise your body and mind. Wear smooth bottomed shoes with backs and bring water. First class free to new participants.
