The Public Safety Telecommunications Center is staffed with dedicated personnel who work to serve the needs of our citizens and officers. Our center is fully operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Responsibilities of our Public Safety Telecommunicators include answering and dispatching calls for service to our officers.

Public Safety Telecommunications houses the National Crime Information Center/Florida Crime Information Center (NCIC/FCIC) computer terminals.  These terminals link every criminal justice agency in the Nation and Canada and allows important information to be shared.
