An easy and convenient way to pay your utility bill is to sign up for automatic bank drafting.  The City of North Port does not charge for this service, however, you may want to check with your financial institution to see if they charge for this service.  

Once you have signed up for this service, you will continue to receive a monthly billing statement.  Printed on your billing statement will be the message "Your bank account will be drafted for" and your account will be drafted for that amount on the due date listed on the billing statement.  You can stop payment anytime before that due date by calling Utilities Customer Service and Cashiering at (941) 429-7122 or visiting our office at 4970 City Hall Boulevard to request a bank draft change or cancellation form or click here.To apply for automatic bank drafting, print the Automatic Bank Drafting Form (just use the link below), fill it out and return it to us with a voided check.  It's that simple!

If you currently utilize this service, but need to make a change (i.e. change of banks, change of bank account), print the Bank Drafting Change Form (just use the link below), fill it out and return it to us with a voided check and the change will be made.
